Study on Impact Process of a Large LNG Tank Container for Trains

چکیده
In this paper, the impact process of a large LNG tank container for trains was studied by performing experiments and numerical simulations. Impact force with induced stress deformation on especially frame investigated sloshing inside simulated. Experimental results show that initial velocity 6.1 km/h, maximum compressive is −366.3 MPa occurring longitudinal beam near side corner fittings. The produced transport vehicle influenced both clearance velocity, i.e., its value increases or which in turn directly affects head, axial acceleration at mass center distribution. largest average pressure brought 8.83% design pressure, inner vessel should be designed thickness allowance. When 8 ratio to static inertia each less than 0.23, means calculation method conservative. addition, can reach 63 m/s2, greater 4g inertial specified standard, meaning if assessed impact, specifications standard are not
